We need to connect to your Steam account to send and receive CS2 skins. We use Steam's official API and never ask for your password. This connection is necessary to complete the trading process securely following Steam's guidelines.

Rental Process

Most skin transfers happen within 2-5 minutes after payment confirmation. Our automated system processes trade requests immediately, with over 98% of trades completed within this timeframe. During peak hours, it might occasionally take up to 10 minutes.

When your rental period ends, the skins will be automatically returned to our inventory via Steam's trade system. You'll receive notifications 24 hours and 1 hour before the rental expires, giving you the option to extend if you wish to continue using the skins.

Payment & Billing

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum), and Steam wallet funds. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issues with your rental or payment, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. We strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
